OK 241CI/0 is active from 1 Feb 2007 till the 28 Feb 2007.
241 Dic is Spratly Islands in Asia, around the Phillipines.
So keep ya ears open for this 1.
"UPDATE" 241CI/0 freq 27590.

Well here is the Update, No 1 in the world has contacted 241CI/0 which was to be done by 79 Division.
Well what can i say, well anyway light at the end, another group will be activating it real soon so listen out for.
